These Terms and Conditions have been divided into categories and govern the use of the Casamentos e Noivados website (hereinafter, the website), including participation in the community. Casamentos e Noivados reserves the right to change the terms and conditions whenever necessary, recommending, for this reason, regular consultations of this document.

1. Content and Property Protection

Website content means all the information on the website, namely text, images, video, design, software and programming code. All this content is the property of Casamentos e Noivados, it is protected by copyright under Portuguese and European Union laws – therefore it cannot be used without the consent, expressly defined as such, of Casamentos e Noivados, except for the purposes for private use permitted by law.

The intellectual property rights of all content belong to Casamentos e Noivados, including, but not limited to, tools, information, graphics, photographs, advertisements, images and texts. These contents are protected by law and Casamentos e Noivados rejects any type of abusive use of them. The improper use of this data will naturally result in liability, including criminal liability, for the offender.

2. Access Procedure

Access to Weddings and Engagements content is universal and free.

Access to the website can be differentiated into two types: users without registration; registered users (in the future). The content available for consultation, now and in the future, may be different depending on the type of access the user has.

• Unregistered users: you can access all articles available on the website. Casamentos e Noivados reserves the right to change the maximum limit of articles freely accessible to unregistered users at any time.
• Registered users (in the future): Registered users are all those who register on the website. Casamentos e Noivados reserves the right to change the features available to registered users at any time, as well as the number of articles they can access.

3. Registration Procedure

Registration is carried out by entering the user's personal data, namely their email and name.

By registering and logging in, the user agrees to:

• Accepting this act means that you have read and understood the content of these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy and Cookies Policy, available at www.casamentosenoivados.pt.
• Declare that you are over 16 years old;
• Grant access to your essential personal data, if you fill it in directly on the website, or to your personal profile on one of the social networks mentioned, if you choose to validate your access through Facebook or Google.
• Accept that the user is responsible for the data they enter during registration and for their maintenance;
• Respect the rules of the community in which it operates, behaving with the civility and rigor that are recognized among members of Casamentos e Noivados;
• Keep your registration personal and non-transferable, not passing it on to third parties;
• Do not harm Casamentos e Noivados, nor any of its users, in particular by attempting to breach system security and/or improper use of commercial or advertising messages;
• Report any misuse of your personal account to Casamentos e Noivados, by sending a communication to the contacts indicated in point 10 of these Terms and Conditions.

4. Suspension of Access

Casamentos e Noivados reserves the right to interrupt access to its website whenever necessary and for as long as it deems necessary.

Casamentos e Noivados reserves the right to remove comment boxes from its website whenever necessary and for as long as it sees fit.

6. Advertising/Sponsorships

Casamentos e Noivados platforms may contain advertising and other references to brands, products and/or services of a commercial nature. Advertisers and sponsors are responsible for ensuring that their promotional materials comply with current laws and codes – Casamentos e Noivados expressly declines any responsibility for errors or inaccuracies that they may contain.

Any relationship established between the user and advertisers or sponsors will be their exclusive responsibility, and Casamentos e Noivados can never be held liable, except to the extent imposed by law.
